Although most of the recipes you find here at HEALTHY HEARTY HEAVENLY will be on the healthy side, these will be vegetable loaded meals and fresh ingredients with simple ideas on how to live a clean eating lifestyle. Not to mention with tons of flavor and easy cooking methods!
This will be the meat and potatoes of the blog, literally. I grew up eating a meat, vegetable, and a potato every night. Although I no longer eat potatoes every night, I have plenty of hearty meals to mix into my rotation. Of course, veggies will be included and I think simple sauces or seasonings are a key part to these typically heavy meals.
The heavenly, need I say more, the desserts. I enjoy desserts and although I am not claiming these recipes won't add inches to your waist line or bottom, they will have some healthy swaps in them. One swap is better than none, right? I wouldn't suggest making one every day or maybe even every week, but we all need some fun in our lives! There's always a special occasion around the corner.
